The different card sets
Card set 1 - PICTURES
Use the pictures to start the dialogue. Participants start speaking and participates with with creativity, nuances and descriptions.
Card set 2 - ENCOURAGEMENT
A powerful tool for raising the enthusiasm and joy of a team or workshop. The participants answer questions where the focus is on the participants’ strengths.
Card set 3 - ME ABOUT ME
A tool to strengthen the collaboration and create an understanding of the participants’ types and strengths. Confidence and awareness of each other increases the deeper you go.
Card set 4 - OTHERS ABOUT ME
The tool is ingenious to gain an understanding of, others’ views of me and my work. Expands and strengthens any collaboration.
Card set 5 - ICEBREAKERS
Use them in seminars, workshops, lectures and more. When fatigue sets in and the ability to concentrate decreases, the use of these cards lifts the mood.

How to use the dialog card
PICTURES
Use the pictures to start the conversations. When describing the pictures, everyone gets involved and there is oppotunity to offer ones own perspective, creativity and nuances that might never have shown otherwise.
40 cards with different pictures are used to ask questions such as: “Which picture gives the best describtion of your well-being right now” or “Which picture gives the best describtion of our communication?”.
Works best with 2-25 participants.
Procedure: Lay out all the cards face up. Then each participant takes one card that best describes their answer to the question, and explains this to the group.
ENCOURAGEMENT
This deck is a powerful tool for raising the enthusiasm and joy of a team or workshop. Participants answers questions where focus is on their strengths and their best qualities. It is very valuable.
40 cards with two questions such as “What are you most happy about in your work?” or “When was the last time you felt that you really succeeded in your job?”.
Works best with 6-40 participants.
Procedure: Give all participants a card and ask them to find a partner (2 and 2). In turn, they now ask each other one question from the card. When the question is answered, cards are exchanged and both search for a new partner, with the new card in hand. The repeat the process of asking one question and switching cards. Feel free to take time and give signals like “SHIFT” to create a flow.
ME ABOUT ME
This is a tool to strengthen cooperation and create understanding of each other’s character and strengths. The trust and awareness between the participants increases the deeper you go in the process.
40 cards with questions such as “What do I want to get better at?” or “What do I wish my boss did more often?”.
Works best with 2-8 participants.
Procedure: In turn, each participant draws a card from the deck. The participant reads the question out loud and addresses the group while answering.
OTHERS ABOUT ME
This tool is resourceful way to gain an understanding of how others view you and your work. The process gives opportunity to develope and to strengthen any cooperation.
40 cards with questions such as “How good do you think I am at collaborating?” or “What do you think means the most to me?”.
Works best with 2-8 participants.
Procedure: In turn, each participant draws one card from the deck. The participant reads the question out loud and asks the others in the group one by one to answer the question.
ICEBREAKERS
In this deck there are various ideas for icebreakers. Use them in seminars, workshops, lectures and more. When fatigue sets in and your ability to concentrate decreases, these cards lifts the atmosphere.
40 cards with suggestions for icebreakers in different situations.
Works best with 6-100 participants.
Procedure: Choose the icebreaker(s) that are most suitable for the situation and that creates the outcome that you want. Follow the instructions on the card.
TIME TO TALK
For use at dinner, parties and so on, where everyone dont know each other. The participants ask the question to their neighbor or the whole table, and gives potential for conversations, laughter to come out or just lightening the atmosphere.
40 cards with questions such as “Name the weirdest hobby you’ve ever tried?” or “Who or what can bring a good laugh out of you?”.
Works best with 2-100 participants.
Procedure: The host or toastmaster tells you that there are some cards with questions on each table that can be used if the conversation stops. Alternatively, a card is read out for each table. The possibilities are many – the result is brilliant.
